The Bio

 

BACKSTORY

Leigha is a Southaven, Mississippi native raised in areas of the Mississippi Delta and Memphis, TN. After spending five years in Nashville, TN, she began her professional writing career and launched her fashion brand.  She now resides in Florida, with her husband and son.

EXPERIENCE

Leigha began writing at age eleven but was first recognized for her works in high school when her poems were published in the Southaven High School Literary Magazine. She has an Associate of Arts in Communications & Media Studies from Northwest MS Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. She specializes in photography, fashion design, poetry and fiction.

Her first publication, Volume 1 of The Collective Works, was released by Kindle Direct Publishing in January of 2020.  Volumes 2 and 3 were published by Ingram Content Group and released in March and September of the same year.  Volume 4 is underway, along with other upcoming projects.
